Some of you may have noticed that we have dropped the road cycling training program.  This is due to not having enough time to dedicate to it.  If you are still interested to ride we will be glad to join you on one of our regular routes just send us a note to coordinate.

My first Endurance Race, Solavaca 2011

At the end of 2010 I was added to the Big Pig Racing team.  Not that I am in anyway a racer but I hold the desire to get closer to it.  We have enjoyed the BP's on the dirt and in the social arena, good bunch of folk.

CAMPING

You might find us camping @ various locations in Texas.

This September we purchased a Lance camper.  This has been so much fun to take on trips.  It fits two just fine but anything more is too cramped.

GRANDCHILDREN

We have dedicated allot of our time to the grandchildren, camping, D.O.R.B.A., and off-road cycling.  The girls are getting older so fast.

We have made efforts to take each child camping.  It's allot of work!  They have a great time but we are so worn out we can't wait to get back to work.

HOBBIES

The first of many to come.  After years of want to learn how to sew I finally took a class and made this quilt.  For my birthday I got a new Singer HD sewing machine, now I can make another at home.

Finished my first quilt project and Steve's Christmas gift for 2010.

Steve has taken up ceramics and made this desert tray.  It's also allot of work but nice to use his imagination some.  Dad is also making some projects.

ANNIVERSARY

On Steven's birthday he bought me a 2011 Cannandale Lexi 121 for our one year wedding anniversary.

WINE

Yes, I'm still making wine.  Although not as much as we once were.  In 2007 we had 12 batches going at the some time (360 bottles).  Well that was too much work and I've lost my crew.  So now I make about four to six batches a year.
